I specialize in working with individuals/couples/groups with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues; utilizing a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment, Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and mindfulness practices. In addition, the art making and creative processes provide a holistic approach to personal expression, growth and development.
