I help individuals and couples/partners ages 18+ in the areas of sexual wellness, anxiety and chronic stress, changes and transitions - especially midlife and navigating peri/menopause, out of control sexual behavior (sometimes labeled sex addiction by others), and relationship loss (divorce, separation, death, infidelity, unmet promises, etc).
I work with monogamous and consentually non monogamous persons and their partners, LGBTQIA+ identified persons, vanilla and kink identified persons and clients of all backgrounds and cultures.
Beyond offering therapy, I offer clinical supervision to limited license counselors in Michigan, provide consultation to other professionals, and facilitate educational workshops and other events. My website will give you all the details.
