I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, which means I have specific training in couples therapy! I work from a systemic lens overall and believe relationship wellness can (and often does) impact our well-being and mental health. I utilize Bowen's natural systems theory, narrative therapy, and collaborative therapy theories in practice. We will explore the way relational energy moves through your family system with the goal of better understanding what is happening in your current relationship. I am also finishing a Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where I have spent my time honing my craft and expertise as a couples therapist. I continuously read and research the best treatments for couples therapy and receive continuing education in couples topics as well. My goal is to help you understand your relationship patterns so you can change them if you so wish, and, ultimately, feel better!
