You have to come this site because you are looking to make a change. You have been told that therapy might just be able to help you improve your life. Maybe this is your first time seeking therapy, or maybe you know exactly what you want when looking for a therapist. Either way, you will find I provide a warm, thoughtful environment to help my patients feel safe sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I help adults, teens and couples deal with the issues that are getting in the way of having a fulfilling relationship, work, and family life.

Working with couples has been particularly rewarding for me as we take the time to dive into the the couple's current functioning and history. Once we discover where the couple aligns on values, we can work toward a mutual goal that both partners agree upon.

Therapy provides you with a chance to understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and helps you to figure out WHY you're having those thoughts, feelings, and patterns. By bringing understanding to ourselves, we can make the changes necessary to bring more joy and fulfillment into our lives.
