The goal of couples counseling is to bring improvement to your relationship. Sometimes that means you need relationship maintenance, and other times, you need help rebuilding your relationship from the ground up. In premarital, couples, and marriage counseling, I utilize the techniques of Gottman Method Couples Therapy to coach you in how to communicate safely with one another and teach you skills that serve you in all areas of your relationship and life. Romantic relationships are hard work, and it is easy to become discouraged. That is when I come alongside you to support you and help rebuild your relationship on a stronger foundation.
