Hi, this is Dr. Grace Chen. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialized in working with individuals and couples who desire to have a satisfied and fulfilled relationship.
In the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals and couples to transform their personal and relationship from depression, anxiety, fighting, and breaking up into supportive and fulfilled life and relationships. I have enjoyed walking through each step of the hardship with my clients, knowing that I am very privileged to witness their courageous journey, one step at a time, to transform their lives from hopeless to hopeful.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and trained in AEDP (Accelerate Emotional Development Protocol) (Level I) and Gottman Methods (Level II). My specialty is working with trauma-related issues, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and infidelity recovery.
