Emotions are part of being human. Feelings should not be categorized as being good or bad- they just are. I like to think of them as tools. Indicators of where we are in life or that it may be time to explore the possibility of making change. All too often we may find ourselves wrapped up in situations that evoke emotions so powerful, we become overwhelmed. Regardless of your situation, I will meet you where you're at & help to utilize your strengths as you move closer toward a place of growth & clarity. I enjoy helping individuals make sense of the past, work on the present and achieve a stronger sense of self.
I believe healing can be a collaborative endeavor that thrives in an honest and open space free of judgment. In my approach, I emphasize the importance of self-awareness as a tool for regaining power and recognizing patterns within both the self and relationships. Moving toward doing more of what is working and less of what is not.
