First steps towards healing. You made it! Finding the right therapist can be a difficult choice, yet this choice is the first step towards healing. Life, at times, gets challenging and it's at the these moments we typically seek guidance for change. Yet, we're not always aware of the tools and resources already inside of us that prepare us for that change.
I utilize a trauma-informed, mind-body, client-centered approach to help promote self-advocacy and empower my clients to live successfully resourced lives. This is expressed during sessions in my ability to understand the difference between the words a client may express and what they really mean to help clients get to the core root of the problem.
My background includes extensive training in healing trauma as well as EMDR. Simultaneously, I utilize solution-focused therapy to aide my clients in reaching the next step of life, whether that be a life transition, goal or simply to feel better.
