Brenton Wejrowski is an active, depth-oriented psychotherapist and the founder of Tempe Trails Counseling in Tempe, AZ. Specializing in relational health and emotional resilience, Brenton provides individual and couples therapy designed to transform repetitive conflict cycles into secure connection and lasting change.
A proud Arizona State University (ASU) alumnus, Brenton’s clinical foundations were established in the School of Counseling Psychology. His approach is grounded in the science of attachment, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), and Relational Psychodynamic therapy. He brings a collaborative and engaged presence to the room, focusing on how our history, environments, and relational blueprints shape our current sense of self and our capacity for connection.
Beyond his clinical practice, Brenton is an AZBBHE-listed Clinical Supervisor, providing professional mentorship and consultation to Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) across the Phoenix Metro area. His clinical background includes high-acuity trauma care with La Frontera EMPACT and co-authored research with the PLENA lab at ASU focusing on the Latinx community, trauma, and mental health advocacy.
