With 19 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, anger, marital challenges, and the deeper pain often rooted in spiritual wounds or unresolved identity issues. My integrative, holistic approach to counseling addresses the mind, body, and spirit, uncovering areas of disharmony and guiding clients toward lasting healing.
I frequently work with men, couples, pastors, helping professionals, and those feeling stuck in mental or emotional patterns that keep them from moving forward. Whether you're struggling to connect with God, untangle years of internal programming, or heal from relational pain, I'm here to help you realign with clarity, compassion, and strategy.
A native Texan, I earned my undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 2004 and completed my Master’s in Counseling in 2005. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling. Over the years, I’ve served in both church and private practice settings, spent nearly a decade teaching people how to hear God’s voice, and now serve as an adjunct professor at The King’s University in the Biblical Counseling and Marriage and Family departments.
Outside of counseling, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and three kids, active in our church community, working out, or enjoying the mountains and the ocean.
