Relationships are the main focus of my therapy practice because I believe they determine so much of our well being. The issues people bring in range from rebuilding trust to connecting at a deeper level. I help people develop healthy boundaries, become grounded in who they are, and find ways to confront betrayal, resolve conflicts, improve communication, and get unstuck from relational boredom and decline. My role is to help you understand the true source of a relationship problem, learn new skills for handling it, and support the process of healing and change in your relationship. The goal is to help people overcome personal and relational difficulties, and develop meaningful connections with others.
