I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families seeking to build and sustain healthy relationships. I use a strengths-based approach that helps clients gather the resources within to work toward positive change. I have specialized training in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and EMDR. I am also an LGBT affirmative therapist.
I believe we all need a little help now and then for life’s curve balls and challenges and am passionate about helping others feel empowered to better themselves and their quality of life.
