I approach relationships and marriages through an emotionally focused lense. I help couples idenitfy unproductive cycles of communication and coping patterns. I also teach couples the skills of how to be more emotinally aware, attuned, and responsive. I find that many couples and humans struggle with being able to verbaly express their needs in an effective manner that will lead to needs being met and issues being resolved.
