We then delegate responsibilities on who is responsible for what and we create a win-win treatment plan. Therapy then starts where we begin to understand the roots and the nature of the behaviors and or thoughts that are causing you problems. Therapy is undefined which means there is no to predict how long therapy may last because everyone is different.
