Hi. I’m Angie Snyder, a seasoned psychologist with almost two decades of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. I'm passionate about supporting clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, communication issues, and depression, offering a calm, caring space for healing and growth.
I specialize in working with single people seeking to be in partnership as well as in Couples Therapy, utilizing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and emotional focus to foster deeper connections and understanding between partners. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and desires to create more satisfying and authentic relationships.
I also work with a diverse range of populations, including LGBTQ+ couples and individuals from different cultural backgrounds. My previous career was in international education, where I led trainings to improve communication and understanding between people of different backgrounds. In my work as a therapist, I continue to strive to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy to all my clients, honoring their unique identities and experiences.
