Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, lack of sexual desire, or difficulty in your relationship(s), I will work alongside of you in an anti-oppressive and non-judgemental way to identify your goals and lay out a path to create meaningful and lasting change. I believe that love and sexuality are ever-changing and fluid which means that you are the expert on yourself and your identity. As a relationship and sex therapist, I work with clients who find themselves in relationships where they don't know how to communicate effectively, have lost intimate connection, struggle with sexual desire, and feel void of eroticism. I have a passion for helping clients cultivate connection, eroticism, pleasure, play, intimacy, and respect in their relationship(s).
