The role of the therapist is simultaneously a witness to the distinct needs and wants of each spouse, a conduit for change within key components of the relationship, and a provocateur of passionate reclamation of what is powerful and perenial within your unique dynamic. My perspective on couples work is that I am not a the keeper of your answers -- the two of you are -- but I am the perveyor of powerful questions that will drive you toward them.
