I’m Dr. Andrew DiPastena, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee with 5+ years of experience. My approach is practical and compassionate: calming anxious thoughts and building flexibility (CBT, ACT), deepening bonds and repair (EFT, Gottman Method), reshaping unhelpful stories (Narrative, Collaborative), and focusing on what works now (Solution-Focused).
