About
I believe counseling is the best place for new found hope and to receive the support and guidance you seek. My approach is soft, gentle, yet direct. I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space in which my focus is that you feel safe, respected and cared for to facilitate healing. Therapy will be a process of self-discovery and personal growth established by learning new coping skills and self-reflection. My role as a therapist is that of a guide, joining with you to help facilitate the process of developing a deeper sense of self-awareness, and personal growt.
My passion is treating couples, teaching open communication skills, working through conflicts, and increasing love and intimacy. I work with children by using play therapy to resolve trauma, learn coping skills and overcome undesirable behaviors. I began my early career with experiences at County Mental Health and a local Foster Care Agency.
From the moment you walk into my office your worries and concerns will be my priority. I will work on helping you feel comfortable and I invite you to be yourself knowing you will not be judged.
