She works with helping her clients map out their cycle of disconnect through EFT emotionally focused therapy. She helps them identify what is working through a solution-focused approach, and she helps them identify what they need in order to connect and feel love again in the relationship through the Gottman approach.
Amy has training in RPT (Play Therapy, (PMT) Parent Management Training, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (ART) Accelerated Resolution Therapy, (EMDR) Eye movement desensitation and reprocessing,(MECSTAT) Solution Focused Therapy, and she is a clinical Hypnotist.
