I find great value in working with couples where problems are limiting your ability to have the connection you desire. I provide space and unconditional positive regard to each individual when we gather together and assist you in coming together to conquer the problem as you see it.
I provide a safe environment for couples in Colorado, enabling partners to engage with respect and curiosity to nurture the discovery of shared values, and provide relief from the impact of conflict in the relationship.
I view couples as full of possibilities, rather than problems. I do my best to call to our attention to the impact of our culture on the relationship and to the endless messages (from media, peers, families, society) telling us how a relationship “should” or “should not” look.
I strive to invite you and your loved one into conversations of ability, supporting each couple in uniting together against the problem, ultimately strengthening communication skills, moving from blame to reconnection, and journeying collaboratively into the future you desire.
My counseling work is a collection of practices that prioritizes respect, collaboration and a non-pathologizing way to work with couples. I am multicultural and LGBTQ affirming.
