I implement effective techniques that support self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations one step at a time. I enjoy using humor in my approach as I support all age groups in discovering healthy coping skills and useful insights into areas such as addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and social skills. I enjoy supporting people in finding solutions to the issues that are affecting their day to day functioning. Throughout the discovery process, we will often be able to identify patterns of behavior that are no longer useful, and work together to find more effective ways of responding to your current situation.
