Alright, I’ll say it. Therapy can seem intimidating. I’m a stranger to you, at first, and we’ll explore topics that aren’t always easy, but it’s our process, meaning we are in it together. I’m the passenger with a map, and you’re both the drivers behind the wheel. You set the pace. Every process is different, and I individualize each one.
