I am supportive, compassionate and empathetic therapist with years of experience working with clients suffering from mood disorders. Throughout my career, I have been effectively helping clients to overcome challenges, resolve stress symptoms, and gain a sense of wholeness.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I mainly focus on building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship with clients, educating them on the effect of trauma; guiding them into present body; and helping them to construct complete chronological narratives of their traumatic experiences. In my practice, I use evidence based treatments - which means, I use techniques that are proven to be effective based on available research.
I am Gestalt trained therapist. I focus on the here and now and the therapist-client relationship. When providing treatment, I emphasize presence, inclusion, empathy and collaboration. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression, parenting, life transitions, and couple counseling. To make our relationship work smoothly, I strive to be caring, available, reachable, and consistent with services.
