I am a 2nd generation Korean-American born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I have a keen sensitivity and competence around cross-cultural and immigration issues, as well as awareness around the intersections between historical, intergenerational, societal and personal trauma.
I am also a drama therapist, which means that, when appropriate, I sometimes use embodied, expressive, and interactive methods and processes in an attuned and playful manner to help us to instigate change, reach your goals and create a healthier and more fulfilling life.
