I approach therapy from the perspective of developing a deeper connection between partners. I believe that from the cradle to the grave, we long for deep attachment to a significant other who we can turn to in distress. Healthy relationships are marked by mutual vulnerability and emotional support and I aim to help couples see and understand each other better. I primarily align myself with Attachment Theory and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy in my work with couples.
