Although, I have had lots of training in Couples Counseling, my most recent training has been that of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. EFCT assists couples longing to be closer and more emotionally secure, by increasing emotional intimacy. I also coach couples regarding attachment, personality differences, attitudes and language usage. (Although widowed, I know what it takes to make a happy marraige.) I also offer Premarital Counseling to committed couples. I can see couples in my office in Redwood City (with COVID-19 precautions) or I can see clients using telehealth.
