Therapy always begins with your specific problem. Almost every couple coming to therapy says "We have a commuication problem". People develop strategies to deal with life, but sometimes what worked before isn't working anymore. I believe a good therapist is always committed 100% to the client's best interest. Once I have earned your trust, it becomes easier to accept a new idea, a new approach, or a new strategy. 30 years experience demonstrates that some things work bette than others.
