I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change, and use an integrated approach to couples therapy that corresponds with each partner's experience in the relationship. Trained as a Gottman therapist and relying on Emotionally Focused and Internal Family Systems approaches, I help partners who may be questioning their connection to one another or are simply feeling stuck and unmotivated. Finally, I use creative interventions to work with couples when partners are wanting to heal from painful damage to trust and commitment.
