I have been working in the field since 2009 as an Individual/Couples therapist and Substance Abuse therapist with experience in many diverse populations including college campuses, inpatient & outpatient treatment centers and support groups. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Master Addiction Counselor, I utilize a Strengths-based approach, in conjunction with Motivational Interviewing Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also a Certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
