I have found that couples coming together in an environment where they believe they can have honest and open conversations with each other and with a professional who has no investment in the relationship continuing in its current direction, frees the individuals and the couple to see new possibilities for themselves and their relationships. I feel that those possibilities allow them opportunities to identify and potentially to develop more comfortable and fulfilled versions of themselves and their relationships however they choose for those to look in the end. That is the environment I attempt to provide in therapy with couples.
