I specialize in partnering with parents/caregivers and children ages 0-15 to support growth, development, and health in the face of challenges such as family conflict, anxiety, developmental differences, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and parent mental health. I utilize evidence based practices, interpersonal neurobiology and play therapy to help children face tough situations with bravery, confidence, and self-esteem, and I integrate highly compassionate, comprehensive parent training into my treatment. I keep my caseload small to ensure you get high-quality, in-depth service.
