I'm a Psychologist in private practice in Westport for over twenty years. I provide individual psychotherapy and relationship counseling helping clients to improve their communication and empathy skills as well as to find gratitude in their partnership as a means to meet the needs of their partner and in order to live their own truth. I try to help individuals and couples to better understand and appreciate each other and be vulnerable with each other, and to accept that ultimately each individual holds the key to their own feelings and for acting in ways to have their needs met.
