I haver a privater practice in Palm Springs. I work with adults on issues ranging from grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues resulting from childhood traumas.

I beleive that all behavior stems from early life and through learned behaviors, which worked for survival then, don't work now and result in difficult lives and relationships. I use EMDR, CBT and Psychodynamic therapies to help heal past traumas and move forward. I believe in exercise, walking, running, biking, etc to help move trapped energy through the body while going through the therapeutic process. It takes courage to want to change.
