I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Solution Focused techniques and work with each client individually to mutually create treatment goals.
I specialize in working with adolescents (16+) and adults in a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, frustration tolerance/anger management, life transitions, occupational and/or educational difficulties, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, teen pregnancy, and trauma and abuse.
