I use a Client-Centered approach pulling from other therapeutic theories, such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Attachment Theory. I also find mindfulness practices to be of great use.
I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive Persons who are experience chronic depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. More specifically, working with HSP's (Highly Sensitive Person) who have experienced complex trauma.
