Hi there! It is my personal belief that you are meant to have a beautiful, supportive, connected relationship that helps you each thrive in life. But the truth is that relationships can also present some of our greatest challenges.

Communication breakdowns, conflicting needs, and past history can often make it difficult to connect with your mate the way you want to. But what's also true, is that even in conflict, your relationship is fertile ground to help you both resolve past hurts and problematic patterns -- even when the hurts and patterns come from previous relationships, and even from your families of origin. And THAT is when relationship can become truly magical.

My approach is to help you each uncover what history you brought into your relationship, how your family of origin has shaped who you are and what you expect from your relationship, and how your ways of thinking and communicating in the relationship interfere with connection and with getting each of your needs met. As you each become more self-aware of what is driving you, what your unhelpful patterns may be and how you can create a new way of relating in order to resolve conflict, you become better partners, allies, team-mates, friends and lovers.
