Hey everyone, I’m Meegan! I’m an LMFT who has been providing mental health for the past ten years. I use a person-centered approach in my practice because I believe each person has all the answers and the ability to solve their problems within themselves. I specialize in working with couples, families, individuals, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and those who work from home.
I have extensive experience in navigating relationship issues (including but not limited to infidelity, communication, parenting, blended families, attachment), PTSD, depression, career changes, depression, anxiety, loneliness, stress, and emotional regulation.
I know that reaching out is hard, but I admire your bravery in taking this big step. My philosophy is that there must be a balance of healing for body, mind, and soul for total wellness and I can assist you in this process.
