Relationships can be hard to navigate at times. We often subconsciously model our patterns of relating to others after our parents. Sometimes our relationships play out in negative ways because we had an unhealthy relationship with one or both of our parents. We begin our life-long lesson in relating to others when we are infants. As a baby our brains were wired for our current attachment style!
Nevertheless, we all need to be in healthy relationships with our significant other and loved ones in order to truly be happy.
