Humans are hardwired for connection. Experiencing loneliness, unfulfillment or conflict within your relationships is stressful for the body, mind and spirit. Therapy can help remove blocks to facilitate a healing process. In relationship work, I mediate deep conversations without creating more harm and trigger. By practicing this open, authentic and empathetic communication skills in therapy, you can learn to have these conversations outside of session.
Modalities: I utilize parts work, psychodynamic inquiry, EFT (emotionally focused therapy) and nonviolent communication in my work with relationships.
Who I serve: I see people in couples, friendships, marriages, poly relationships, open relationships and beyond. I welcome people of all identities and intersections. All races, religions, genders and sexual orientations are affirmed and celebrated in my practice.
