I work with couples...dating, marriage prep, marriage issues, parenting, separation, or divorce, trauma (EMDR), neurodivergent relationships (ADHD or high functioning Autism), co-parenting/blended families, Alzheimer diagnosis, anxiety, depression and grief.
For the past decade, I have been working with individuals and couples in a variety of settings. I believe in resiliency, hope and authenticity, and their role in helping individuals move forward.
