I’m Lori Brown De Alba, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 16 years of experience. I hold an MA and blend evidence-based care with warmth and curiosity. For clarity and skills, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). To deepen connection, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and marriage & family therapy approaches.
