With over twenty years of experience, I can help you with: *Relationship problems such as poor communication, persistent conflict, or cheating; *Self-defeating behaviours around sex, pornography, alcohol, drugs, and/or gambling; *Depression, anxiety, chronic anger, loss, or trauma; *Gay or lesbian concerns and relationships; *Obsessions, compulsive behaviours, and panic attacks.

Mindfulness practices have proven very useful. We can experiment with them, as we investigate the problem until we understand and reduce the ways it turns up daily-the voice, ideas, the little or big dramas. But we also clarify core values, hopes, and skills from which emerge a chosen life direction.
