I work with individuals and couples in all kinds of relationships and focus mostly on Open Relationships, Polyamory, Somatic Education, and Intimacy Coaching.
Working with me, you will learn tools to help you expand your self-awareness, increase your capacity for joy, and develop skills to feel more vibrantly alive. Sessions will help you gain clarity about what you want and find healthy sustainable ways to bring more of what you want into your life.
I have over 20 years experience in the Healing Arts. My teaching is deeply rooted in authenticity, compassion, self-empowerment, and self-expression.
I use mindfulness, movement, and breath-work to help clients deepen their sense of presence and connection. I share effective tools, practices, and strategies to help clients feel more empowered in their life and in their relationships.
My playful curiosity, vulnerable expression, and sincere desire to “be with what’s here” allows people see what needs to be seen, dive deep within their experience, ask tough questions, and trust themselves in service to feeling more pleasure in their bodies and more intimacy in their lives. Through this way of being, I have discovered my true freedom of expression in all of my relationships, most importantly with myself. It is an honor to help others do the same.
