Lauren’s clinical focus is to provide a holistic wellness approach to couples and individual therapy. Lauren helps her clients find balance in all areas of life. Her greatest strength as a therapist is her authenticity, compassion, and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
She is committed to helping the couple as a whole, while using a strength-based approach to enhance the positive qualities in each individual. Lauren specializes in mindfulness training, wellness work, and stress reduction and implements this with her work with couples.
She believes that learning about mindfulness and engaging wellness and self-care practices, including meditation, improves mental and emotional health disorders and is an important part of treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, couples issues, and substance abuse.
Wellness looks at balance, and the mind-body connection. She believes that engaging in these practices is vital to both individual and relational healing and growth.
