I offer holistic psychotherapy to individuals and couples with a primary focus on relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and women's issues. My approach is warm, compassionate, interactive, and engaged. I am particularly interested in helping you become more connected to your sense of purpose and authenticity. Above all, I am curious about your unique needs and collaborate with you to continually address and meet these needs.
I have witnessed and experienced the therapeutic relationship to be incredibly healing and transformative for clients dealing with a variety of issues, including relationship/family concerns, depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, parenting, infertility/pregnancy, grief/loss, infidelity, trauma, career/life transitions, low self-esteem, and substance abuse.
In addition to talk therapy, I work experientially. This includes guided imagery, EMDR, mindfulness, and/or awareness exercises. I also pull from my life experience as a mother, wife, nature and yoga enthusiast, and client in individual and couples therapy. I believe clients hold their answer and simply need the right support and guidance in uncovering it.
