I believe in relational health across five planes of intimacy: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical and sexual. My goal is to promote relational health both for individuals and couples. Relationships are part of your well being, and the person who you want to partner with in a long term way will have more influence over your life than any other single influence. I want to help you make that relationship the best it can be. I am trained in Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and have been supporting couples since 2016.
