I frequently work with couples who have tried marriage counselling in the past with little to no success. As a therapist I get to the heart of the matter and dramatically transform each partner, if they will let me.
My approach combines several evidence based forms of therapy which include EFT, RLT and PACT. These combine attachment, developmental neuroscience and arousal regulation. I teach couples the skills needed to notice the moment to moment changes in their partner. Couples learn how to communicate more effectively, to soothe one another and feel a stronger bond.
