I love working with people to improve their relationships. I am in awe of how much impact a healthy, loving, secure and supportive relationship can have on our lives. Research tells us that healthy relationships have positive effects on self-image, stress management, recovery from trauma, and mental and physical health. Having strong, healthy relationships in our lives can help us to pursue our goals and create meaning in our lives. I work using evidence-based couples therapies that emphasize enhancing emotional connection, improving communication, working through conflict, and increasing/restoring respect, affection and intimacy between partners.
