The primary focus in conducting couples counseling is that it is "results driven." In my professional experience couples will begin to feel relief after the first session, although sometimes things get worse before they get better. In order to accomplish this I require complete investment in the change process by both parties. I am both direct and respectful, so if I feel I am unable to help you, I will tell you that on your first session. If that is the case, you will not be charged.
